This study is a systematic review of domestic and international research on the implementation of AI ethics education programs. Using RISS, KCI, and ERIC, a total of 907 academic articles published between 2021 and 2025 were initially identified, and after excluding studies that met the elimination criteria, 9 articles were ultimately selected. A systematic analysis of these studies using the SPIDER framework revealed that AI ethics education programs were primarily implemented for elementary school students, while practical studies targeting high school and undergraduate learners were lacking. In terms of educational content, “responsibility” was identified as a common core element, and instructional strategies frequently included case-based activities as well as discussion- and debate-oriented approaches. All studies reported significant improvements in learners’ AI ethics awareness based on pre–post assessments. By synthesizing the actual implementation practices of AI ethics education, this study highlights the need for a continuous and developmentally aligned AI ethics education framework extending from primary to adult learning, and provides foundational insights for future curriculum development and research directions.

본 연구는 국내외에서 AI 윤리교육 프로그램 운영 사례연구에 대한 체계적 고찰 연구이다. 2021년부터 2025년까지 RISS, KCI, ERIC을 사용하여 국내외 학술논문을 검색한 결과 총 907편의 논문을 확인하였고 배제 기준에 해당되는 논문을 제외하고 최종 9편을 선정하였다. 선정된 9편의 논문을 SPIDER 모델을 기준으로 체계적으로 고찰한 결과, AI 윤리교육은 초등학생을 중심으로 운영되고 있었으며 고등학생과 대학생을 대상으로 한 실천 연구는 부족하였다. 교육 내용에서는 책임성이 공통 핵심 요소로 다루어졌고 사례기반 활동과 토의·토론 중심 전략이 주로 활용되었다. 모든 연구에서 사전–사후 검증을 통해 AI 윤리의식이 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 AI 윤리교육의 실제 운영 양상을 종합적으로 제시함으로써 초·중등에서 성인 학습자로 이어지는 연속적이고 체계적인 AI 윤리교육의 필요성을 강조하며 향후 교육과정 개발 및 연구 방향 설정에 기초자료를 제공한다.
