This study analyzed the relationship between information security commitment and information security behavior among workers engaged in IT work. As a result, first, the hypothesis that organizational commitment would affect information security commitment was analyzed, and it was found that the higher the organizational commitment, the more positive the effect on information security commitment. Second, the study found that information security commitment influences information security behavior, indicating that organizational members' commitment to information security is related to their information security behavior. Third, the study verified the moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between information security commitment and information security activities, revealing differences in information security behavior depending on organizational commitment.

본 연구는 IT 업무에 종사하고 있는 근로자를 대상으로 정보보안 의지가 정보보안 행동에 미치는 영향관계를 분썩하였으 며 그 결과 첫째, 조직몰입도가 정보보안 의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 분석한 결과 조직몰입도가 높을수록 정보보안 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수가 있다. 둘째, 정보보안 의지가 정보보안 행동에 미치는 영향에 미친다는 점이 며 이는 조직 내 구성원들이 정보보안에 대한 의지가 정보보안 행동과 관련성이 있음을 알 수가 있다. 셋째, 조직몰입도가 정 보보안 의지가 정보보안 활동에 미치는 영향 관계에서 조절효과를 검증한 결과 조직몰입도에 따라 정보보안 행동의 차이가 있다는 점이다. IT 기술과 정보보안은 조직 운영에 있어서 필수적인 중요한 요소로 자리 잡고 있다는 점에서 조직은 조직구성 원의 조직몰입도에 대한 관리가 중요하다고 사료된다.
