This study examines how bullying victimization influences delinquency among adolescents from multicultural families, focusing on the mediating role of aggression and the moderated mediating effect of delinquent peers. Using fifth-wave data from the second phase of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) and PROCESS Macro Model 14, the analysis shows that bullying victimization significantly increases aggression, which in turn elevates delinquent behavior. The effect of aggression on delinquency was stronger among adolescents with delinquent peers, and both the conditional indirect effects and the index of moderated mediation were statistically significant. These findings indicate that the pathway from bullying victimization to delinquency operates through a multilayered mechanism shaped not only by emotional responses but also by peer relational contexts, highlighting the importance of integrating both factors into prevention and intervention strategies for multicultural youth.

이 연구는 다문화 청소년패널조사(MAPS 제2기 5차년도 자료를 활용하여, 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험이 비행에 미치는 영향을 공격성의 매개 를 중심으로 분석하였다. 매개과정에서 비행친구의 존재에 따라 비행 행동에 영향을 미치는지, 조절된 매개를 검증하였다. 이를 위해서 PR OCESS Macro Model 14를 적용하여 매개경로와 조절된 매개경로 를 동시에 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험은 공격성에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 공격성은 비행을 증가시키는 데 유의한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공격성과 비행 간의 관계는 비행 친구의 수준에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 비행친구가 있는 청소년들은 공 격성이 비행에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 강화되는 것으로 확인되었다. 조건부 간접효과와 조절된 매개지수 역시 통계적으로 유의하여 비행친 구의 존재가 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험 → 공격성 → 비행의 간접효과 크 기를 조절하는 변수임을 보여주었다. 이는 집단괴롭힘 피해 경험은 비 행으로 전이되는 과정이 단순한 정서적 반응의 결과가 아니라, 청소년 의 또래 관계 구조에 의해 달라지는 다층적 메커니즘임을 시사한다. 특히 공격성을 매개로 한 비행 발생 가능성은 비행친구와 친밀한 청소 년에게서 더욱 강화된다는 점은 다문화 청소년의 비행 예방 및 개입 전략 수립에 있어 정서적 요인과 또래 환경을 동시에 고려해야 함을 제기한다.
