This study examines the impact of cyberbullying victimization on adolescents’ subjective well-being in the context of an increasingly digitalized environment, and tests the moderating effect of human rights education outcomes. Using data from the 2023 Survey on the Human Rights of Children and Adolescents, responses from 2,536 middle and high school students who had participated in human rights education were analyzed. Based on Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory(EDT) and literature review, a research model was specified and tested through moderated regression analysis. The results indicated a significant negative effect of cyberbullying victimization on subjective well-being, and a significant positive effect of human rights education outcomes on subjective well-being. In addition, human rights education outcomes showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and subjective well-being, displaying a pattern of negative disconfirmation as proposed by expectancy disconfirmation theory. Drawing on these findings, the study suggests ways to reduce cyberbullying victimization while simultaneously improving the content and implementation of human rights education and strengthening protection systems for adolescents in digital environments.

본 연구는 디지털 환경의 중요성이 커지는 상황에서 청소년을 대상으로 사이버불링 피해 경험 이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 인권교육 성과의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있 다. 이를 위해 2023 아동⋅청소년인권실태조사의 데이터 중 인권교육 참여 경험이 있는 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교 3학년까지의 청소년 2,536명의 자료를 활용하여 기대불일치이론과 선행연구 를 통해 도출된 연구모형을 조절회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 주관적 안녕감에 대한 사이버불링 경험의 부적 영향과 인권교육 성과의 정적 영향을 확인하였다. 또한 사이버불링 경험과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 인권교육 성과는 기대불일치이론의 부정적 불일치의 특성을 보 이는 유의한 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 연구결과를 기반으로 사이버불링 피해 경험을 줄임과 동 시에 청소년을 대상으로 하는 인권교육과 보호체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.
