The purpose of this study is to empirically elucidate the structure and key characteristics of recent university education innovation discourse by analyzing the implementation plans of 19 universities selected as the 30 Glocal Universities for the 2023–2024 period. To this end, keywords related to educational innovation were extracted from each university's implementation plan. Frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, bigram analysis, network analysis, and CONCOR analysis were then conducted on the 268 keywords ultimately derived. As a result, the hub and surrounding structure were organized around ‘education-fusion-major-course-linkage-learning’, combining projects, regions, problems, AI, degrees, and support. A four-axis semantic network was also developed: an industry-academia cooperation system, a convergence and customized curriculum, regional and industry-academia experiential learning, AI-based learning support, and a flexible academic system. These results suggest that designing personalized learning journeys that combine AI- and data-driven learning analytics with flexible academic systems is a key task for future university education innovation. This study has the limitation that the analysis data is restricted to implementation plans. Future research should include analysis incorporating implementation performance data and comparative studies with non-selected universities.

본 연구의 목적은 2023–2024년 글로컬대학 30에 선정된 19개 대학의 실행계획서를 분석하여, 최근 대학 교 육혁신 담론의 구조와 주요 특성을 실증적으로 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 각 대학의 실행계획서에서 교육혁 신 관련 키워드를 추출하고, 최종 도출된 268개의 키워드를 대상으로 빈도 분석, TF-IDF 분석, bigram 분석, 네 트워크 분석 및 CONCOR 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 ‘교육-융합-전공-과정-연계-학습’핵심 키워드로 도출 되었으며, 이를 중심으로 프로젝트, 지역, 문제, AI, 학위, 지원 등이 결합하는 허브와 주변 구조로 정리되었다. 그리고 산학협력 체제, 융합․맞춤형 교육과정, 지역․산학연계 경험학습, AI 기반 학습지원 및 유연한 학사제도라 는 네 축의 의미망도 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 AI․데이터 기반 학습분석과 유연한 학사제도를 결합한 맞춤형 학습 여정 설계가 향후 대학 교육혁신의 핵심 과제임을 시사한다. 본 연구는 분석자료가 실행계획서에 한정되 어 있다는 한계를 지니며, 향후 연구에서는 실행 성과 자료를 포함한 분석과 비선정 대학과의 비교 연구가 요구된다.
