This study systematically analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technology advancements on employment structures by examining recent trends and evolving patterns within the domestic IT labor market. Despite the recognized need for real–time capture of labor market changes resulting from the rapid progress of AI technology, empirical research on this topic remains limited. Here, we collect job posting data from a major IT industry–focused recruitment platform (Wanted) and conducted time–series analysis utilizing Large Language Model (LLM)–based embedding techniques. Our result reveals that the embedding–based landscape not only intuitively represent the concentration of industries and job categories within the domestic IT recruitment market but also captures the phased evolutionary patterns of AI technology adoption through temporal analysis spanning from 2014 to 2025. The embedding–based analytical framework proposed in this study empirically demonstrated that AI technology is driving the creation of new job roles and the restructuring of industries, rather than merely replacing existing jobs. Our approach provides a practical analytical tool for policymakers and business leaders for formulating proactive response strategies within a rapidly evolving technological environment, based on its capability for real–time monitoring.

본 연구는 국내 IT 및 기술 집약적 직군 관련 노동시장의 최신 동향과 변화 패턴을 분석하여 인공지능(AI) 기술 발전이 고용구조에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석한다. 최근 AI 기술의 급격한 발전에 따른 노동시장 변화를 실시간으로 포착하는 연구의 필요성에도 불구하 고, 이에 대한 실증 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 IT 산업 중심 채용 플랫폼(원티드)의 구인 공고 데이터를 수집하고, 거대언어모델 (LLM) 기반 임베딩 기법을 활용한 시계열 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 임베딩 기반 지형도는 국내 IT 채용 시장의 산업 및 직군별 집중도를 직관적으로 가시화할 뿐만 아니라, 2014년부터 2025년까지의 시기별 분석을 통해 AI 기술 도입의 단계적 진화 패턴을 포착한다. 본 연구가 제시한 임베딩 기반 분석 프레임워크는 AI 기술이 단순한 직무 대체를 넘어 신규 직무 창출과 산업 구조 재편을 주도하고 있음을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 특히 본 방법론은 실시간 모니터링이 가능하다는 점에서, 급변하는 기술 환경하에서 정책 입안자와 기업이 선제 대응 전략을 수립하는 데 유용한 분석 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
