As digital technologies continue to reshape communication and information systems, digital authenticity has become an important issue. This study integrates academic research trends, web analyses, and a national perception survey, showing that digital authenticity is discussed across cultural and technological fields. Social media users express both anxiety over losing authenticity and a desire to restore trust. Although public awareness of the concept is low, people recognize its social importance and support policies such as misinformation regulation and trustassurance mechanisms. The study highlights the need for technical, institutional, and educational measures to strengthen digital authenticity and guide policy and interdisciplinary research for a more trustworthy digital society.

디지털 기술의 발전이 소통 구조와 정보 시스템을 지속적으로 변화시키면서, 디지털 진정성은 학문과 사회 전반에서 중요한 이슈로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 진정성에 대한 국내외 학술 연 구 동향, 온라인 웹 분석, 국민 인식 조사 설문을 통합 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털 진정성 연구는 문화와 기술적 영역에서 폭넓게 이루어지고 있었으며, 웹 분석에서는 진정성 상실에 대한 불안과 신 뢰 회복에 대한 요구가 동시에 나타났다. 국민 인식 조사에서는 개념 인지도는 낮지만, 사회적 중요성 에 대한 공감대는 높았으며, 허위정보 규제와 신뢰 보증 장치에 대한 정책적 수요가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 디지털 진정성 확보를 위한 기술적·제도적·교육적 대응의 필요성을 제시하고, 디지털 사회의 신뢰 기반 형성을 위한 학제적 연구와 정책 설계의 방향성을 제안한다.
