This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on the relationship between perceived social support and career decision-making self-efficacy among multicultural adolescents. The study analyzed data from 1,814 participants in the second wave of a multicultural adolescent panel. Data were analyzed using SPSS through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and three-step multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that among the types of social support, perceived parental support had a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Furthermore, the mediating effect of bicultural acceptance attitude was observed as a partial mediation, indicating an indirect effect. This suggests that parental support influences career decision-making self-efficacy through the mediation of bicultural acceptance attitude among multicultural adolescents. The findings of this study provide foundational data for developing tailored career support programs for multicultural adolescents.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 사회적 지지와 진로 태도 결정성과의 관계에서 이중문화 수용 태도의 매개 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구조사는 다문화 청소년 2기 패널 자료 1,814명을 대상으로 하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS를 사용하 여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 3단계 다중회귀 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 다문화 청소년의 사회적 지지가 진로 태도 결정성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지 중 부모지지를 높게 지각할수록 진로 태도 결정성에 유의미하였으며, 이중문화 수용 태도의 매개 효과는 부분 매개 역할로 간접효과가 나타났다. 이는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용 태도의 매개로 부모지지가 진로 태도 결정성에 영향력이 있는 요인임을 의미한다. 이 연구는 다문화 청소년을 위한 맞춤형 진로지원 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료가 될 것이다.
