As contemporary society continues to evolve, individuals now have greater opportunities to engage in leisure activities, among which golf has shown particularly remarkable growth and transformation. This study examined differences in leisure constraints, participation satisfaction, and re-participation intentions among participants of field golf, screen golf, and park golf. A total of 305 questionnaires were collected through voluntary participation, and statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 23.0 to examine respondents’ demographic characteristics, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments, and group differences through a one-way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results revealed significant differences among the three golf types in health constraints, skill constraints, cost constraints, time constraints, and participation intention, indicating differences in five of the six measured factors. These findings suggest that psychological factors influencing participants differ according to the type of golf activity, providing meaningful insights into participants’ leisure constraints and the mechanisms shaping their engagement experiences. Based on these results, the study offers foundational knowledge to enhance participation satisfaction and promote continued participation in golf, ultimately contributing to the development of the sports leisure industry.

사회가 변화하면서 현대인들이 여가활동에 참여하는 시간이 증가 되었고, 그 중 골프 종목이 두드러진 성장세와 변화를 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 필드골프, 스크린골프, 파크골프 참여자들 간의 여가 제약, 참여 만족도, 및 재참여의도의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 참여자들의 자발적인 참여로 총 305부의 설문지가 수집되었고, SPSS 23.0 version을 사용하 여 참여자들의 인구통계학적 정보, 측정도구의 타당도·신뢰도, 비교분석을 위해 일원다변량 분산분석(One-way Multivariate Analysis of Variance)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 골프 유형별 참여자들의 건강제약, 기술제약, 비용제약, 시간제약, 참여의도 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 총 6개 요인 중 5개 요인에서 차이를 발견했다. 이는 유형별 골프 참여자들 이 활동 과정에서 작용하는 심리적 요인의 관계를 확인할 수 있는 결과이며, 이를 통해 골프참여자들의 참여제약에 대한 이해도를 바탕으로 참여만족과 지속적 운동참여를 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고, 나아가 스포츠 여가산업의 활성화에 기초 자료를 제공하는 자료라고 판단된다.
