This study aimed to identify the effects of employment anxiety, academic self-efficacy, and major satisfaction on employment stress among nursing students during healthcare service gaps in South Korea. Data were collected from 222 nursing students in September 2024 using structured questionnaires. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 31.0 program. Employment stress showed a significant positive correlation with employment anxiety (r=.705, p<.001) and negative correlations with academic self-efficacy (r=-.354, p<.001) and major satisfaction (r=-.391, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that employment anxiety (β=.624, p<.001) and major satisfaction (β=-.133, p=.022) significantly influenced employment stress, explaining 52.4% of the variance. To reduce employment stress, policy support to reduce employment anxiety and educational interventions to enhance major satisfaction are needed.

본 연구는 의료공백 상황에서 간호대학생의 취업불안, 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도가 취업스트레스 에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 수행되었다. 2024년 9월 간호대학생 222명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용 하여 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS/WIN 31.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 취업스트레스는 취업불안과 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.705, p<.001), 학업적 자기효 능감(r=-.354, p<.001) 및 전공만족도(r=-.391, p<.001)와는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다중회귀분석 결 과, 취업불안(β=.624, p<.001)과 전공만족도(β=-.133, p=.022)가 취업스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 52.4%였다. 의료공백 상황에서 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 완화하기 위해서는 취업불 안을 낮추는 정책적 지원과 전공만족도를 높이는 교육적 개입이 필요하다.
