Purpose : This study systematically examined the trends of sensory integration therapy research through keyword network analysis of papers published in the Journal of Korean Academy of Sensory Intergration, comparing research trends and knowledge structure changes across two periods (Period 1: 2003–2016; Period 2: 2017–2024). Methods : A total of 250 papers published between 2003 and 2024 were retrieved from RISS. Author keywords were standardized, consolidated, and filtered. Word frequencies were calculated using TEXTOM and visualized through word clouds. The UCINET/NetDraw software package was employed to analyze degree and betweenness centrality, while CONCOR analysis identified and visualized thematic clusters. Results : “Sensory integration,” “sensory processing,” and “sensory integration therapy” remained central across both periods, though centrality patterns shifted. Period 1 was characterized by “sensory integration” dominating both frequency and centrality results, with research emphasizing conceptual establishment, assessment tool validation, and treatment efficacy. Period 2 showed increased use of “sensory processing” alongside the emergence of “systematic review” and “occupational therapy” as prominent themes, reflecting a stronger emphasis on evidence-based interventions and clinical application within occupational therapy. Cluster structures became more differentiated in Period 2, indicating greater diversification and expansion of research topics. Conclusion : Analysis of knowledge structures and thematic relationships in the Journal of Korean Academy of Sensory Intergration revealed an evolution from early research focused on validating sensory integration practice toward contemporary evidence-based approaches integrated within occupational therapy contexts.

목적 : 본 연구는 󰡔대한감각통합치료학회지󰡕에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 시기별(구간 1: 2003∼2016, 구간 2: 2017∼2024) 연구 경향과 지식구조 변화를 비교함으로써 감각 통합치료 연구의 발전 흐름을 체계적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 자료 수집을 위해 RISS에서 2003~2024년에 󰡔대한감각통합치료학회지󰡕에 발표된 논문 250편 을 추출하였다. 저자 키워드를 중심으로 교정–통제–제거 정제를 수행한 후 TEXTOM을 활용하여 단어 빈도를 산출하고 워드클라우드로 시각화하였다. UCINET/NetDraw로 연결 및 매개 중심성을 분석하고, CONCOR 분석을 적용하여 군집을 시각화하였다. 결과 : 구간 1, 구간 2 모두 ‘감각통합, 감각처리, 감각통합치료’가 핵심이었으나 중심성의 축이 이동하였 다. 구간 1에서는 ‘감각통합’이 빈도 및 중심성에서 최상위를 보이며 개념 확립과 평가 도구를 검증하고, 치료효과를 검증하는 연구들이 주도적이었다. 구간 2에서는 ‘감각처리’ 단어 사용 빈도 상승과 함께 ‘체 계적 고찰’ 및 ‘작업치료’가 부상하여 근거기반 중재와 작업치료 임상 관련이 강화되었다. 구간 1에 비해 구간 2에서는 군집의 요소들이 세분화되면서 연구가 보다 다양하고 확장되는 양상이 나타났다. 결론 : 󰡔대한감각통합치료학회지󰡕에 게재된 연구의 지식 구조와 주제 간 연결을 분석한 결과, 초기에는 감 각통합 실행의 검증에 초점을 두었으나, 점차 작업치료와의 연계 속에서 근거기반 접근으로 발전해 온 것으로 나타났다.
