The purpose of this study is to analyze the youth policy of Daegu Metropolitan City based on Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory, and to seek implications for the development of youth policy. To this end, this study divided the 25 core tasks of the ‘The Second Master Plan for Youth in Daegu’ into Bronfenbrenner’s systems: microsystem, mesosystem, and exosystem. The analysis results are as follows: first, there were many microsystems in almost all fields, and the policy targets were mainly limited to low-income groups and the unemployed. second, the mesosystem and exosystem were inferior to the microsystem. Accordingly, it is necessary to expand the scope of policy targets to increase perception for policy, to diversify into support for family, school, and company.

본 연구의 목적은 브론펜브레너의 생태학적 체계이론에 입각하여 청년정책 사례인 대구시 청년정책을 분 석하여 정책 발전의 시사점을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘제2차 대구시 청년정책 기본계획’의 25가지 중점과제를 생태학적 체계이론의 분석적 범주에 따라 미시체계, 중간체계, 외체계로 구분하였다. 분석 결과, 대구시 청년정책 의 거의 모든 분야에서 청년 개인을 지원하는 미시체계가 많았고, 정책 대상은 주로 저소득층, 실업자 등에 한정 되어 있었다. 또 중간체계와 외체계는 미시체계에 비해 미비하였다. 이에 따라 정책 체감도를 높이기 위해 정책 대상의 범위를 넓혀갈 필요가 있으며, 청년 개인에게만 초점이 맞추어진 정책을 확장하여 청년을 둘러싼 가족, 학 교, 회사 등에 대한 지원이 다양해질 필요가 있다.
