The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between resilience and perception of disaster management and disaster nursing competence of nurses in tertiary hospitals and to determine the impact on disaster nursing competence. This study was conducted among 112 nurses at two tertiary hospitals in City D, South Korea. Data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Disaster nursing competence had a statistically significant positive correlation with resilience(r=.53, p<.001)and perception of disaster management(r=.63, p<.001). Perception of disaster management(β=.48, p<.001), resilience(β=.27, p<.001), and work department(β=.19, p=.005) were found to have a 47% explanatory power of these factors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a systematic disaster education program that considers ways to raise perception of disaster management and improve the resilience of nurses in order to improve disaster nursing competence.

본 연구는 상급종합병원 간호사의 회복탄력성과 재난관리인식 및 재난간호수행능력의 관계를 분석하고 재난간호수 행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2024년 10월 기준 D시 소재 상급종합병원 2곳에 근무하는 간호사 112명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, 독립표본 t-test, 일원분산분석, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression으로 통계분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상자의 재난간호수행능력은 회복탄력성 (r=.53, p<.001), 재난관리인식(r=.63, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의미한 양의 상관관계(r=.53, p<.001, r=.63, p<.001)가 있 었다. 재난간호수행능력에 미치는 영향은 재난관리인식(β=.48, p<.001), 회복탄력성(β=.27, p<.002), 근무부서(β=.19, p=.005) 순으로 나타났고, 이들 요인들의 설명력은 47%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 간호사의 재난간호수행능력 향 상을 위해 재난관리에 대한 인식 고취와 간호사의 회복탄력성 향상을 위한 방안을 고려한 체계적인 재난교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
