This study is a descriptive survey research aimed at identifying nursing students' peer trust, team friendship, communication competence, and the level of patient safety culture, and examining their impact on patient safety culture. The study participants were nursing students who voluntarily agreed to participate. Data collection took place from September 1 to 30, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 Program. Factors influencing nursing students' patient safety culture were found to be peer trust, with these variables explaining 16.8% of the variance. This suggests that patient safety culture can be shaped by interactive elements among learners, extending beyond individual attitudes or knowledge levels. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce structured collaborative training programs in nursing curricula and expand simulation-based team activities to enhance peer trust.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 동료 신뢰, 팀 내 친밀감, 의사소통능력과 환자 안전문화 정도를 확인하고 환자 안전문화에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 자발적으로 동의한 간호학과 재학생으로 자료 수집은 2025년 9월 1일부터 30일까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Program을 사용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생 의 환자안전문화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 동료 신뢰로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 16.8%이었다. 이는 환자안전문화 가 개인적 태도나 지식수준을 넘어 학습자 간의 상호작용적 요소에 의해 형성될 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 간호교육과정에 서 구조화된 협업 훈련 프로그램을 도입하고, 시뮬레이션 기반 팀 활동을 확대하여 동료 간 신뢰를 증진시킬 필요가 있겠다.
