This study examined how core competencies in digital workflows and expectations regarding an AI-based oral health consultation platform affect job satisfaction among dental healthcare providers. A pilot study informed the research design, followed by a main survey of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental technicians in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeonbuk State, with 249 responses analyzed. The survey was administered by four bioethics-trained researchers using both face-to-face and online methods. Digital workflow competencies and the expected benefits of the AI-based platform had a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Higher digital communication competency with patients(=.266) and digital workflow utilization competency (=.416), as well as greater expectations for accuracy and reliability(=.345), were associated with higher job satisfaction. These findings suggest that digital transformation and AI platform adoption in dental practice can enhance both job satisfaction and professional performance.

본 연구는 치과의료공급자를 대상으로 디지털 워크플로우 핵심역량과 AI 기반 구강건강 상담 플랫폼 기대 효과가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 설계를 위해 예비조사를 실시한 후 본조사는 서울 및 경기, 전북특별자치도에 재직 중인 치과의사, 치과위생사, 치과기공사를 대상으로 진행하였다. 총 249부가 최종 분석에 활 용되었다. 조사는 생명윤리교육을 이수한 연구원 4인이 담당하였으며, 대면조사와 온라인 조사를 병행하였다. 연구 결과로는 디지털 워크플로우 역량과 AI 플랫폼 기대효과가 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 환자와 디지털 의사소통역량(=.266) 및 디지털 워크플로우 활용역량(=.416)이 높을수록, AI 기반 구강건강 상담 플랫폼에 대해 정확성 및 신뢰도(=.345)를 기대할수록 직무만족도가 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구는 치과의료현 장에서 디지털 전환과 AI 플랫폼 도입이 치과의료공급자의 만족도와 직무성과를 증진할 수 있음을 시사한다.
