This study attempted to identify the effect of grit and social responsibility of first year nursing students on occupational values. This subjects of this study were 134 first year nursing students at 1 university located in Chungcheongbuk-do. Data were collected using a structed questionnaire from May 1 to May 14, 2025, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. employing t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study results indicated that work values had a positive correlation with social responsibility(r=.53, p<.001). The significant factors influencing the occupational values is social responsibility(β=.53, p<.001). The explanatory power of social responsibility was determined to be 27.6%. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize non-project programs that strengthen the work values required by society, volunteer activities related to majors, and employment quidance considering individual occupational values.

본 연구는 간호대학 신입생의 그릿과 사회적 책임이 직업가치관에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연 구의 대상자는 충북 G군에 소재하는 1개 대학의 간호학과 학생 중 간호대학 신입생 134명의 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 데이 터는 2025년 5월 1일부터 14일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하였고 t검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 직업가치관은 사회적 책 임(r=.53, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 직업가치관의 주요 예측 요인은 사회적 책임(β=.53, p<.001)으로 확인 되었고 설명력은 27.6%였다. 따라서 사회가 필요로 하는 직업가치관을 강화하는 비교과프로그램의 활성화, 전공 관련 봉사 활동 및 개인의 직업가치관을 고려한 취업 지도가 필요하다.
