In order to respond to coastal disasters, it is necessary to prepare a system that can comprehensively judge opinions by collecting experts' opinions, and to establish optimal policy alternatives based on this. This study attempted to select detailed priorities and weights for policy establishment to establish a coastal disaster response system using a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method. In particular, this study was intended to identify the importance and priority of detailed stages of the coastal disaster response system, and to identify the importance and priority of each detailed technology for related technology development research.
