This study analyzed the problems of the agency system for collecting and transporting household waste in Busan. In particular, the analysis focused on problems with agency contracts and management systems. Problems of the collection and transportation management system of household waste: 1) Problems of the regulations for cost calculation of collection and transportation 2) Problems of cost estimation method.
