The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of hair practice ability of beauty workers on job satisfaction and beauty practice management performance. A questionnaire was conducted on 285 hair care workers. The sub-factors of the hair practice ability of beauty workers consisted of cut, perm, dyeing, dryness, and customer counseling/management, and the sub-factors of job satisfaction consisted of interpersonal relations, professional pride, social recognition, and job environment to investigate the effect on management performance and analyze the relationship between the factors. The main purpose of hair practice education is to improve skills, and the average number of annual participation in hair practice education of beauty workers was less than three times. Among the sub-factors of job satisfaction, the director had the highest interpersonal relationship and professional concern, the designer had the highest social recognition and job environment, and the designer had the highest management performance. Hair practice ability had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction and beauty practice management performance. In , cut had a positive (+) effect on practical and non-financial performance, and a positive (+) effect on financial performance. The effect of job satisfaction on beauty practice management performance is that the higher the social recognition among practical performances, the higher the social recognition in the job environment non-financial performance, in the financial performance. A complete mediating effect of job satisfaction was confirmed between beauty practice management performance. In conclusion, it was found that job satisfaction and management performance were also high when practical skills were improved. Therefore, it suggests that job satisfaction and management performance can also be improved if education, technical education, trend education, and service education for customer satisfaction are implemented to improve personalized practical skills.
