This study attempted to examine adolescents' online gambling addiction from an ecological point of view and to identify the interaction structure of risk and protection factors. To this end, the ecological system theory, stress-vulnerability-protection model, and resilience theory were set as analysis frameworks, and text mining and network analysis were conducted by selecting 80 academic papers published from 2014 to 2024. Literature selection was carried out according to the PRISMA procedure. As a result of the analysis, the main risk factors were impulsiveness, low self-regulation, emotional instability, peer influence, family dissolution, and digital exposure, and self-efficacy, emotional regulation ability, family and peer support, and digital literacy were identified as protective factors. In particular, resilience has functioned as a key modulating variable that mitigates risk factors and strengthens protective factors. These results show the process of dynamic interaction of psychological, social, and digital factors, interpret gambling behavioral pathways ecologically and provide basic data for prevention-oriented strategy establishment. In addition, it proposes a holistic education approach to strengthen adolescents' self-regulation and resilience, and supports an intervention direction centered on strengthening recovery resources when designing counseling, education, and policies.

본 연구는 청소년 온라인 도박 중독을 생태학적 관점에서 고찰하고, 위험 요인과 보호 요인의 상 호작용 구조를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 생태체계이론, 스트레스–취약성–보호 모델, 회복탄력 성 이론을 분석 틀로 설정하고, 2014년부터 2024년까지 발표된 학술논문 80편을 선정하여 텍스트 마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 문헌 선정은 PRISMA 절차를 준용하여 수행하였다. 분석 결 과, 주요 위험 요인은 충동성, 낮은 자기조절력, 정서적 불안정, 또래 영향, 가족 해체, 디지털 노출 로 나타났으며, 자기효능감, 정서조절능력, 가족 및 또래 지지, 디지털 리터러시는 보호 요인으로 확 인되었다. 특히 회복탄력성은 위험 요인을 완화하고 보호 요인을 강화하는 핵심 조절 변수로 기능 하였다. 이러한 결과는 심리적·사회적·디지털 요인이 역동적으로 상호작용하는 과정을 보여주며, 도 박 행동 경로를 생태학적으로 해석하고 예방 중심의 전략 수립에 기초 자료를 제공한다. 아울러 청 소년의 자기조절력과 회복력을 강화하기 위한 홀리스틱 교육 접근을 제안하며, 상담·교육·정책 설계 시 회복자원 강화 중심의 개입 방향을 뒷받침한다.
