This study explored the relationships among shared leadership, collaborative self-efficacy, and collective creativity of pre-service teachers in design thinking-based learning environments, focusing particularly on the mediating role of collaborative self-efficacy. Data were collected from 88 pre-service teachers enrolled in an Educational Technology course at a four-year university in Busan, Korea. Correlation and mediation analyses using SPSS 25.0 and the PROCESS macro revealed significant positive associations among the three variables. Main results of this study showed that collaborative self-efficacy mediated the relationship between shared leadership and collective creativity. These findings suggest the potential of design thinking in pre-service teacher education and emphasize the need for facilitation strategies and instructional designs that foster collaborative self-efficacy.

본 연구는 디자인싱킹 학습환경에서 예비교사의 공유리더십, 협력적 자기효능감, 집단창의성 간의 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 이러한 관계에서 공유리더십이 집단창의성에 미치는 영향에 대해 협력적 자기효능감이 가지는 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재의 4년제 A 대학교 에서 2024학년도 1학기에 교육공학 관련 교과를 수강하는 예비교사 88명을 편의표집하여 주요 변인 을 측정하였다. 연구결과는 SPSS 25.0과 PROCESS macro를 활용하여 변인 간 상관관계와 매개효 과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 디자인싱킹 학습환경에서 예비교사의 공유리더십, 협력적 자기효능감, 집단창의성 간에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 공유리더십과 집단창의성 간의 관계에서 협력적 자기효능감은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비교사 양성 교육 에 디자인싱킹 적용의 가능성을 시사하며, 교수자의 촉진 전략과 협력적 자기효능감을 증진할 수 있는 교수설계의 필요성을 시사한다.
