The purpose of this study was to examine the general trends of public kindergarten teachers’ growth mindset, teaching creativity, and play implementation efficacy, identify the relationships among these variables, and analyze the effects of public kindergarten teachers’ growth mindset and teaching creativity on play implementation efficacy. This survey was conducted on public kindergarten teachers in gyeongnam province and data was collected from September 26, 2022 to November 30, 2022, and the 269 returned questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. first, there were significant differences in teachers’ growth mindset, teaching creativity, and play implementation efficacy depending on their age, education level, and teaching experience. Second, growth mindset, teaching creativity, and play implementation efficacy were found to be positively correlated. Third, play implementation efficacy was influenced by public kindergarten teachers’ teaching experience, education level, growth mindset, and teaching creativity. The significance of this study lies in its provision of fundamental data for the development of teacher education programs aimed at enhancing the efficacy of play implementation among public kindergarten teachers by identifying key influencing factors.

본 연구에서는 공립유치원 교사의 성장마인드셋, 교수창의성, 놀이실행효능감의 일반적인 경향과 이들 변인 간의 관계를 파악하고 성장마인드셋, 교수창의성이 놀이실행효능감에 미치는 영향을 분 석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경남 지역 공립유치원 교사를 대상으로 2022년 9월 26일부터 2022년 11월 30일까지 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 회수된 설문지 269부를 SPSS 27.0 프로그 램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공립유치원 교사의 성장마인드셋, 교수창의성, 놀이실행효능감은 교사의 연령, 학력, 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 공립유치원 교사의 성장마인드셋, 교 수창의성, 놀이실행효능감은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공립유치원 교사의 놀이실행효 능감에 영향을 미치는 변인은 교사의 경력과 학력, 성장마인드셋, 교수창의성이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이실행효능감에 영향을 주요 영향요인을 규명함으로써 공립유치원 교사의 놀이실행효 능감 향상을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공한 점에 의의가 있다.
