This study aims to explore the impact of Personal WIKI based learning on establishing learners’ autonomous learning attitudes and the process of forming a self-directed character derived from it. To this end, Giorgi’s phenomenological research method was applied, and learners’ actual experiences using Personal WIKI were analyzed in depth. Through the WIKI-based self-directed exploration process, learners selected learning topics according to their own interests and purposes, subjectively reinterpreted and appropriated their meanings, rather than passively accepting externally delivered knowledge. This process revealed the potential for subjective growth beyond the formation of autonomous learning attitudes, enabling learners to reflect on their own thought structures, reconstruct concepts, and achieve personal integration and recognition of self identity. The research findings demonstrated that Personal WIKI based learning holds the potential to position learners not merely as knowledge, but as meaning creators and agents of their own lives. This study suggests that Personal WIKI can function not merely as learning tools but as character-educational practices that deepen subjectivity.

본 연구는 퍼스널 위키(Personal WIKI) 기반 학습이 학습자의 자율적 학습 태도 확립에 미치는 영 향과, 그로부터 파생되는 주체적 인격 형성의 과정을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용하였으며, 퍼스널 위키를 활용한 학습자의 실제 경험을 심층적으로 분석 하였다. 학습자는 위키 기반 자기 주도적 탐색 과정을 통해 외부로부터 수동적으로 전달된 지식을 수용하기보다는, 자신의 관심과 목적에 따라 학습 주제를 선정하고, 그 의미를 주관적으로 재해석하 고 전유하였다. 이러한 과정은 자율적 학습 태도의 형성을 넘어, 학습자가 자신의 사고 구조를 성찰 하고 개념을 재구성함으로써 인격적 통합과 자기 정체의 인식에 이르는 주체적 성장의 가능성을 드 러내었다. 연구 결과, 퍼스널 위키 기반 학습은 학습자가 지식의 수용자를 넘어 의미 생성자이자 삶 의 주체자로서 자리매김할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 퍼스널 위키가 단순한 학습 도 구를 넘어, 자율성과 주체성을 심화시키는 인격 교육적 실천으로 기능할 수 있으며, 나아가 ‘진정한 자아’와 ‘실천적 앎’을 지향하는 학습으로 전이될 수 있는 함의를 내포하고 있음을 시사한다.
