The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception and demand for certifications among university students in the bio-health field and to suggest directions for developing online-based curricula that can strengthen practical competencies. From September 15 to October 7, 2024, a survey was conducted with 203 health science students at W University, and in-depth interviews were carried out with industry professionals. The results showed that students expressed high interest in certifications such as Exercise Specialist, Clinical Research Coordinator, General License for Handling Radioisotopes, European Medical Device Regulation Expert, 3D Printing Technician, and Big Data Analyst. Industry professionals also confirmed the high applicability and positive outlook of these certifications. Based on these findings, an online curriculum design plan that balances student demand and industry requirements was proposed. This study is expected to provide foundational data for universities to cultivate industry-oriented professionals and to establish educational platforms that can be expanded into lifelong learning models.

본 연구의 목적은 바이오헬스 분야 대학생의 자격증 인식과 수요를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 실무 역량 강화를 위한 온라인 기반 교육과정 개발 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구는 2024년 9월 15일부터 10월 7일까지 W대학교 보건계열 재학생 203명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 산업체 관계자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들 은 건강운동관리사, 임상시험코디네이터, 방사성동위원소취급자 일반면허, 유럽의료기기규제전문가, 3D프린터운용기능 사, 빅데이터분석기사 자격증에 높은 관심을 보였으며, 산업체 또한 이들 자격증의 높은 활용 가능성과 긍정적 전망을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 학생 수요와 산업계 요구를 균형 있게 반영한 온라인 교육과정 설계 방안을 제안하였 다. 본 연구는 대학이 산업 현장 맞춤형 인재를 양성하고, 평생교육 모델로 확장 가능한 교육 플랫폼을 구축하는 데 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
