This study aimed to identify the relationship between college students' experiential avoidance, adult attachment, self-esteem, and SNS addiction tendency. A survey was conducted on college students attending universities in the Chungcheong region, with a final sample of 171 people. The results of the study showed that SNS addiction tendency was positively correlated with experiential avoidance and adult attachment, and negatively correlated with self-esteem. Factors influencing SNS addiction tendency were found to be experiential avoidance, adult attachment, and self-esteem. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve social communication skills by implementing psychotherapy and emotional training to form stable attachments.

본 연구에서는 대학생의 경험 회피, 성인 애착, 자아존중감, SNS 중독경향성의 관련성을 파악하고자 하였 다. 충청지역 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 분석대상자는 171명이다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 대학생의 SNS 중독경향성은 2.20점, 경험 회피 2.28점, 성인 애착 2.63점, 자아존중감 3.61점으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS 중독경향성과 경험 회피, 성인 애착은 양의 상관관계, 자아존중감은 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 경험 회피, 성인 애착, 자아존중감으로 나타났고, 설명력은 24.6% 이었다. 따라서 안정된 애착 형성을 위한 심리치료 및 정서 훈련을 시행하여 사회적 소통능력을 향상시키는 노력 이 필요하다.
