The study aimed to examine the correlations between professional nursing identity, career values, and career identity in nursing students, and to investigate the effects of professional nursing identity and career values on career identity. This descriptive survey included 121 nursing students in South Korea who completed self-reported questionnaires. Data were collected from May 6 to July 31, 2024, and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The findings indicated positive correlations between professional nursing identity and career values (r=.410, p<.001), professional nursing identity and career identity (r=.489, p<.001), and career values and career identity (r=.514, p<.001). Factors influencing career identity were identified as professional nursing identity (β= 0.38, p<.001) and career values (β=0.34, p<.001), with the regression model explaining 34.7% of the variance (Adj. R²=0.347). Enhancing nursing students' professional nursing identity and career values is essential to improve their career identity.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 직업가치, 진로정체감 간 상관관계를 파악하고, 간호전문직관과 직업가치가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적조사연구이며, 대상자는 자가보고식 설문지를 작성한 국내 간호대학생 121명이었다. 2024년 5월 06일부터 7월 31일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 사용 하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 간호전문직관과 직업가치(r=.410, p<.001), 간호전문직관과 진로정체감(r=.489, p<.001), 직업가치와 진로정체감(r=.514, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 대상자의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인 은 간호전문직관(β=0.38, p<.001)과 직업가치(β=0.34, p<.001)로 나타났으며, 회귀모형의 설명력(Adj. R²)은 34.7%이었다. 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 향상시키기 위해서는 이들의 간호전문직관과 직업가치를 향상시킬 필요가 있다.
