This study analyzes the types and structural patterns of test items embedded in “SOYU(1.0)”, a Chosŏnŏ proficiency assessment application developed in the DPRK, to identify the system's key features and educational implications. A total of 1,234 items were extracted from the application’s internal data and classified by language functions using a multi-code scheme comprising short_name, long_name, and frag_type. The analysis reveals that ”SOYU(1.0)”demonstrates a systematically designed structure that reflects learners’ proficiency levels and developmental stages through function-specific item typologies and differentiated levels of difficulty. In particular, the configuration of items considers real-life communicative situations, highlighting the application's complex and layered approach to language assessment. This study represents one of the first empirical analyses of the DPRK's Chosŏnŏ evaluation system in a digital context and offers foundational insights for future comparative research in KFL, including within the DPRK context.

본 연구는 북한에서 개발한 조선어 능력 평가 애플리케이션 ‘소유(1.0)’ 에 탑재된 문항들의 유형과 구성 방식을 분석하여 체계의 특징과 교육적 함의를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 애플리케이션 내부 데이터를 추출 하여 총 1,234개의 문항을 수집한 후 각 문항에 부착된 short_name, long_name, frag_type 등의 코드 체계를 중심으로 문항 유형을 언어 기능 별로 분류하고 계열성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, ‘소유(1.0)’은 각 언어 기 능별로 세분화된 유형 구성과 난이도 차별화를 통해 학습자의 숙달도와 기능 발달 단계를 반영하려는 체계적 설계를 보였으며 특히 실제 의사소 통 상황을 고려한 평가 문항 구성이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었 다. 본 연구는 북한의 조선어 교육 평가 체계를 디지털 기반에서 실증적 으로 분석한 최초의 시도 중 하나로 향후 외국어로서의 한국어교육 및 외 국어로서의 조선어교육 평가 비교 연구 및 외국어로서의 조선어교육 연 구의 기초 자료로서 의의가 있다.
