[Purpose] This study aimed to examine the effects of presence in screen golf facilities on flow, positive emotions, and revisit intention. [Method] The research was conducted from May to June 2025 at 20 screen golf facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, targeting users with prior screen golf experience. Using a convenience sampling method, a total of 236 valid responses were analyzed. Data analysis was performed with SPSS 20.0 and included frequency analysis for demographic characteristics, exploratory factor analysis and reliability testing for validity, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. [Result] The findings revealed that all four sub-factors of presence—realism, mobility, subjectivity, and self-perception— had significant positive effects on flow, positive emotions, and revisit intention. [Conclusion] This study extends existing presence research by applying its sub-factors to virtual sports environments, offering a theoretical foundation for user experience analysis. Practically, the results provide actionable insights for screen golf facility operators to design realistic virtual spaces and implement user-centered management strategies, thereby enhancing customer acquisition and revisit rates.

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 스크린골프장에서 경험되는 프레즌스가 운동몰입, 긍정적 감정 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. [방법] 2025년 5월부터 6월까지 서울 및 경기 지역 내 스크린골프장 20개소에서 이용 경험이 있는 참여자를 대상으로 대면 및 비대면 설문조사를 실시하였다. 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의 표본추출법을 활용하였 으며, 총 236부의 응답을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신 뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. [결과] 프레즌스의 네 가지 하위 요인(현실감, 이동감, 주체감, 자 아감) 모두 운동몰입, 긍정적 감정 및 재방문 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 본 연구 는 가상 스포츠 환경에서 프레즌스 요인을 구체적으로 적용하여 사용자 경험 분석에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시하였으 며, 스크린골프장 운영자가 고객 확보와 재방문율 증대를 위해 현실 반영 가상 공간 설계 및 기술 활용 방안을 마련 하는 데 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.
