[Purpose] This study aims to provide foundational data demonstrating how park golf can be positioned as a key leisure sport that contributes to improving the quality of life for the senior generation. Based on the actual participation status of seniors in park golf, it analyzes differences in leisure satisfaction and leisure expenditure according to demographic factors such as gender, age, tournament participation, experience, participation frequency, and motivation. [Method] The subjects of the study were 399 senior golfers from park golf clubs located in the Gangwon region. Data were processed using SPSS 26.0 through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample t-tests, and one-way ANOVA. [Results] First, significant differences in leisure satisfaction were found based on gender, tournament participation, age, experience, frequency of visits, and participation channels. Second, in terms of leisure expenditure, differences were observed based on gender, experience, and visit frequency. [Conclusion] The study confirmed that demographic characteristics of senior participants influenced both leisure satisfaction and leisure expenditure. All demographic factors had an effect on leisure satisfaction, while only some influenced leisure expenditure. Therefore, for the sustainable development of park golf, it is necessary to establish a foundation for the participation of a wide range of silver generations through a customized approach tailored to the characteristics of each participant.

[목적] 본 연구는 실버세대의 파크골프 참여 실태를 바탕으로 인구통계학적 요인(성별, 연령, 대회참여 유무, 경력, 방문횟수, 참여경로)에 따른 여가만족과 여가비용 간의 차이를 분석함으로써, 파크골프가 실버세대의 삶의 질 향상 에 기여할 수 있는 핵심 여가스포츠로 자리매김할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. [방법] 연구의 대상은 강원 지역에 있는 파크골프 경기장 동호인 중 실버세대 골퍼 399명을 대상으로, SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 독립표본 t-검증분석, 일원변량분석을 실행하여 자료처리 하였다. [결과] 첫 째, 여가만족에서는 성별, 대회참여, 연령, 경력, 방문횟수, 참여경로에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 둘째, 여가비용 에서는 성별, 경력, 방문횟수에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 실버세대 참여자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따 라 여가만족과 여가비용에 대해 확인하였고, 인구통계학적 특성 모든 부분이 여가만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 부분적으 로 여가비용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 파크골프의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 참여 특성에 맞춘 맞춤 형 접근으로 다양한 실버세대가 폭넓게 참여할 수 있는 기반 마련이 필요하다.
