With growing global economic uncertainties, strategic measures have become increasingly critical to ensuring the sustainable growth of firms and industries. This study empirically examines the factors influencing the sustainability performance of firms located in the Research Industrial Promotion Complex. A survey was conducted among employees of resident firms, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0. The results indicate that institutional, physical, and social factors all significantly impact sustainability performance, with external network formation and locational environment exerting the strongest effects. These findings highlight that fostering inter-firm collaboration networks and strategically leveraging locational advantages are key determinants of sustainability in emerging innovation clusters. This study provides important policy implications for promoting the sustainable growth of Research Industrial Promotion Complexes, emphasizing the need for governments and relevant agencies to strengthen inter-firm collaboration and adopt strategic approaches to optimizing cluster locational conditions.

최근 국내외 경제 불확실성이 증가하면서, 기업 및 산업의 지속가능한 성장을 위한 전략적 대응이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 연구산업진흥단지 내 입주기업을 대상으로 지속가능성 성과(경제적, 사회적, 환경적 측면)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구산업진흥단지에 입주한 기업의 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결 과, 제도적 요인, 물리적 요인, 사회적 요인이 모두 지속가능성 성과에 유의미한 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 외부 네트워크 형성과 입지 환경이 가장 큰 영향 을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 신생 혁신클러스터에서 기업 간 협력 네트워크의 활성화와 입지 환경의 전략적 활용이 지속가능성 확보에 핵심적인 요소임을 시사한다. 본 연구는 연구산업진흥단지와 같은 신생클러스터의 지속가능한 성장을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하며, 정부 및 전담기관은 기업 간 협력 네트워크 구축을 지원하고, 클러 스터 입지 환경을 최적화하는 전략적 접근이 필요함을 제안한다.
