We are facing changes in various digital technologies, including AI-related technologies that are rapidly evolving, and the need for changes in daily life and the educational field is becoming increasingly evident. Accordingly, this study aims to explore the direction of desirable changes in digital education and, based on a review of other countries' digital education policies, examine the areas that should be considered in the Korean educational field. To this end, we conducted a literature review of digital education policies in the United States, China, Singapore, Japan, and Europe, focusing on digital literacy, data security ethics, and the changing role of teachers. Through this analysis, we found that strengthening instructors' digital competencies and ethics education are emphasized as crucial elements for the sustainability of educational innovation. Finally, based on an understanding of the essence of digital education, we propose building a desirable digital education ecosystem by addressing personal information protection, personalized support, educational data management, bridging the digital divide, and expanding relevant teacher training.

최근 빠르게 변화하고 있는 AI관련 기술을 포함하여 다양한 디지털 기술의 변화에 부딪히고 있으며, 일상 생활의 변화와 교육 현장의 변화의 필요성이 강하게 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 바람직한 디지털 교육의 변화의 방향을 모색해 보 는 일환으로 다른 나라의 디지털 교육에 관한 정책들에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 우리 나라의 교육 현장에서 고려할 부분에 대 하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국, 중국, 싱가포르, 일본, 유럽의 디지털 교육 정책에 대하여 문헌 연구를 실시하였으며, 디지털 리터러시, 데이터 보안 윤리, 교사의 역할 변화를 중점적으로 검토하였다. 이를 통해 교수자의 디지털 역량 강화와 윤리 교육이 교육 혁신의 지속 가능성의 중요한 요소로 강조하고 있다는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 끝으로 디지털 교육의 본 질에 대한 이해를 기반으로 바람직한 디지털 교육 생태계 구축을 위해 개인정보 보호, 맞춤형 지원, 교육 데이터 관리, 디지 털 격차 해소, 관련 교원 연수 확대를 제언한다.
