This study aims to develop a kindergarten art education curriculum utilizing VR Han pictorial stone content from the Nanyang Han Pictorial Stone Museum to explore the potential of integrating regional traditional culture into early childhood education. Based on the characteristics of visual cognitive development in young children and the play-centered features of kindergarten education, this research analyzes the impact of VR-based Han pictorial content on enhancing cultural sensitivity and creativity in children. Using literature review, expert interviews, and classroom experiments with children, the study proposes curriculum design directions. The findings indicate that VR Han pictorial content significantly enhances children’s immersion and interest, facilitating their intuitive understanding of traditional cultural elements. Therefore, this study suggests the development and application of VR-based traditional culture content in kindergarten art education, providing a practical reference for innovative curriculum design that combines traditional cultural heritage with digital technology in early childhood education.

본 연구는 남양한화관의 VR 한화 콘텐츠를 활용하여 유아 미술교육 교육과정을 설 계하고, 지역 전통문화의 유아교육 적용 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 유아 의 시각적 인지 발달 특성과 놀이 중심의 유아교육 특성을 바탕으로, VR 기술을 통해 제공되는 한화 콘텐츠가 유아의 문화적 감수성과 창의력 발달에 미치는 영향을 분석하 였다. 문헌 연구, 전문가 면담, 유아 대상 수업 실험을 통해 교육과정 설계 방향을 제시 하였다. 연구 결과, VR 한화 콘텐츠는 유아의 몰입감과 흥미를 높이며 전통문화 요소 를 직관적으로 이해하는 데 효과적으로 도움이 됨을 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구는 유아 미술교육에서 VR 기반 전통문화 콘텐츠를 포함한 교육과정 개발 및 활용을 제안한다.
