This study aims to analyze elementary school teachers’ perceptions of the development directions of AI-driven learning platforms in mathematics education and examine whether perception differences exist based on teaching experience. Based on the AI Digital Textbook Development Guidelines, the study structured functions under common, student, and teacher service categories. A survey was conducted with 123 teachers who had actual experience using AI platforms. Results showed that most features were perceived as important regardless of experience, particularly “easy operation,” “personalized lesson design,” and “diagnostic result support.” However, “student-driven learning path selection” and “customized learning plan recommendations” were valued more by experienced teachers. The findings suggest that future AI-driven learning platforms should be carefully designed to support both teachers' instructional expertise and personalized student learning, reflecting the nuanced needs of educators with different levels of experience.

본 연구는 초등 수학교육에서 활용되는 AI 학습 플랫폼의 발전 방향에 대한 교사의 인식을 분석하고, 교사 경력에 따른 인식 차 이를 실증적으로 탐색하였다. AI 디지털교과서 개발 가이드라인을 토대로 공통 서비스, 학생 서비스, 교사 서비스 관점에서 기능 항 목을 구성하였으며, 실제 사용 경험이 있는 교사 123명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 모든 기능 영역에서 전반적 으로 높은 중요도 인식이 나타났으며, 특히 ‘쉬운 조작법’, ‘학생 맞춤 수업 설계 제공’, ‘학습 진단 결과 제공’ 등의 항목은 경력과 관계없이 높게 평가되었다. 반면, ‘학생 스스로 학습 경로 설정’, ‘맞춤형 학습 계획 구성’은 고경력 교사에게서 더 높은 중요도를 보 였다. 본 연구는 AI 학습 플랫폼이 향후 교사의 전문성과 학생 개별화 학습을 동시에 지원할 수 있는 방향으로 정교하게 설계될 필 요성을 시사한다.
