This study categorizes adolescents’ coping strategies following experiences of cyberbullying and empirically analyzes the effects of preventive education and social welfare interventions on coping strategies and emotional recovery. Using data from the 2023 Cyberbullying Survey conducted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA), the analysis targeted 9,218 students from 4th grade elementary to 3rd grade high school. Key methods included descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, logistic regression, K-means clustering, and mediation analysis using Hayes’ Process Macro. Results identified three coping strategy types: passive avoidance (41.5%), active individual coping (37.2%), and social support-seeking (21.3%). Adolescents who participated in preventive education showed significantly higher rates of seeking social support, and preventive education indirectly enhanced emotional recovery by mediating coping strategies. This study highlights the importance of preventive education and social welfare interventions, suggesting practical and policy implications for establishing a multi-layered support system to address adolescent cyberbullying.

본 연구는 청소년의 사이버폭력 피해 경험과 피해 후 대응 전략을 유형화하고, 예방교육 및 사회복지적 개입이 대응 전략과 정서적 회복에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)의 2023년 사이버폭 력 실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 초4~고3 청소년 9,218명을 대상으로 기술통계, 교차분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석, 군 집분석, 매개효과 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 대응 전략은 소극적 회피형(41.5%) 적극적 개인대처형(37.2%) 사회적 지원연계형(21.3%)으로 나타났다. 예방교육 참여자는 사회적 지원 요청 비율이 높았고, 예방교육은 대응 전략을 매개로 정서적 회복에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 예방교육과 사회복지 개입의 필요성을 강조하며, 청소년 사이버폭력 대응을 위한 다층적 지원체계 구축의 시사점을 제안한다.
