We are making great efforts to respond agilely to the rapidly changing technologization environment. In particular, to secure a sustainable competitive advantage, companies are putting a lot of effort into human resource management. This study aims to identify international research trends in human resource management by utilizing the SCOPUS database. To this end, this study used LDA, topic modeling, and text mining techniques. As a result of the analysis, the main topics include human, management, hrm, study, system, and research. In topics 1 and 5, management was found to be important, but in topic 5, green was also found to be important. In topics 2 and 3, HUMAN was found to be important, and in topic 4, HRM was found to be important, and research changes in HRM and GHRM were also found to be important. The results of this study are significant in that they provide researchers and corporate practitioners with information on HRM research trends and suggest topics for future HRM research.

급변하는 기술화 환경 변화에 민첩하게 대응하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 특히 지속가능한 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 인적자원관리에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SCOPUS DB를 활용하여 인적자 원관리의 국제 연구 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 LDA, 토픽모델링, 텍스트마이닝 기법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 주요한 토픽으로는 human, management, hrm, study, system, reseearch 등으로 나타났다. 1번과 5번 토픽에 서는 management가 중요한 것으로 나타났으나, 토픽 5에서는 green도 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 2번과 3번 토픽에서는 human이 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 4번 토픽에서는 hrm이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 hrm의 연구 변화와 ghrm도 중 요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 연구자와 기업의 실무자들에게 인적자원관리 연구 동향에 대한 정보 제공 및 향후 인적자원관리 연구의 주제를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
