This study is a descriptive study aimed to identify factors affecting the clinical competence of nursing students who have experience in simulation-based practice. Data were collected from September 2 to December 6, 2024, at two universities in Chungcheongbuk-do and Gyeonggi-do, with 4th-year nursing students who had participated in simulation-based practice for at least one semester participating in the study. Analyses included descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 26.0. Clinical competence showed a statistically significant positive correlation with critical thinking disposition (r=.490, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.207, p=.015). Factors influencing clinical competence were found to be critical thinking disposition (β=.47, p<.001) and self-efficacy (β=.08, p=.043), in that order, and the total explanatory power was 23.4% (F=21.75, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, these findings suggest the need to develop integrated strategies for simulation-based practice that enhance critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy.

본 연구는 시뮬레이션 실습교육 경험이 있는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 충북과 경기도에 소재한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과에서 시뮬레이션 실습수업 에 1학기 이상 참여 경험이 있는 4학년 학생 137명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2024년 9월 2일부 터 12월 6일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, Multiple regression analysis를 시행하였다. 연구결과, 임상수행능력은 비판적 사고 성향(r=.490, p<.001), 자기효능감(r=.207, p=.015)과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.47, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.08, p=.043) 순으로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 23.4%이었다(F=21.75, p<.001). 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 비판적 사고성향과 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 시뮬 레이션 실습교육의 통합적 기반 구축이 요구된다.
