We designed this study to illuminate how a generative-AI ecosystem empowers a solo creator to traverse text, image, video, and print within one production. Using the heavy-metal music video “Hell Gate” as a focal case, we qualitatively mapped the interplay of ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, and affiliated tools. By systematically analysing each tool’s functional role and its interaction within the creative workflow, we underscore how generative AI evolves from an auxiliary technology into a genuine collaborative partner that concretises artistic imagination and narrative structure. The analysis dissects an Image-to-Video pipeline driven by iterative prompt-engineering cycles. Findings indicate that synergistic orchestration of tools substantially streamlines the production workflow and eases financial overhead, while generative models enable surreal morphing and bold chromatic contrasts that broaden artistic imagination. Nevertheless, prompt precision, cross-tool compatibility, and copyright ambiguity remain salient constraints. Real-time feedback loops and parallel experimentation markedly enhance creative agility. The case demonstrates that generative AI, as a co-author, heralds a paradigm shift in convergent-art practice.

본 연구는 헤비메탈 뮤직비디오 〈결혼지옥(Hell Gate)〉사례를 통해 생성형 AI가 1인 창작자의 융합예술 실천 에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 연구 목적은 텍스트·이미지·영상·출판 전 과정을 단일 창작자가 AI 도구로 완수한 절차와 의의를 규명하는 데 있다. ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway 등 다중 AI 플랫폼을 결합한 워크플로를 질적 사례연구 방 법으로 해부하였다. 각 도구의 기능적 역할과 창작 과정에서의 상호작용을 체계적으로 분석함으로써, 생성형 AI가 단순 보조 기술을 넘어 예술적 상상력과 서사를 구체화하는 실질적 협업 파트너로 기능함을 강조하였다. 특히 Image-to-Video 프로세스와 프롬프트 엔지니어링 반복 패턴을 세분화해 관찰하였다. 연구 결과, 도구 간 시너지로 제 작 프로세스가 현저히 간소화되고 경제적 부담이 크게 완화되었으며, 초현실적 모핑과 강렬한 색채 대비 연출이 예술적 표현 영역을 확장하였다. 단, 프롬프트 품질·도구 호환성·저작권 불확실성이 주요 한계로 확인되었다. 그럼에도 실시간 피드백과 병렬 실험은 창작 유연성을 제고했다. 본 사례는 생성형 AI가 협업 파트너로서 융합예술 제작 패러다임을 재 구성할 잠재력을 시사한다.
