The purpose of this study is to analyze school factors that affect students' commitment in university. To this purpose, we analyzed the response data of students enrolled in the 2023 at University A located in the metropolitan area. The results of the study showed that, first, there were significant differences in the level of university commitment of students depending on their characteristics. Second, the school factors that affect students' commitment in university were identified as liberal arts curriculum, major curriculum, lectures, education and welfare facilities, student capacity building, and employment and entrepreneurship factors. Third, as for school factors that affect students' commitment in university, liberal arts curriculum, major curriculum, and lectures as common factors in all grades, and there were differences by grade. As for major fields, liberal arts curriculum, lectures, and student capacity building were identified as common factors in all major fields, and there were differences by major field. This study significance at the university level as data for improving students' university commitment and seeking differentiated support measures according to student characteristics. However, since the data from one university was analyzed, there is a limitation in generalizing the results.

본 연구는 대학생의 대학몰입에 영향을 미치는 학교요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 A대학교의 2023학년도 재학생의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생의 대학몰입 수준은 학생특성에 따 라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 대학몰입에 영향을 미치는 학교요인으로 교양교육과정․ 전공교육과정․강의․교육 및 복지시설․학생역량강화․취창업 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, 대학생의 대학몰입에 영향 을 미치는 학교요인으로 학년에 따라서는 모든 학년에서 교양교육과정․전공교육과정․강의가 공통요인으로 도출되 었으며, 학년에 따른 차이가 있었다. 전공계열에 따라서는 모든 전공계열에서 교양교육과정․강의․학생역량강화가 공통요인으로 도출되었으며, 전공계열에 따른 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 대학 차원에서, 재학생의 대학몰입 제고 및 학생특성에 따른 차별화된 지원방안 모색을 위한 자료로서의 의의가 있다. 그러나 1개 대학의 자료를 분석하였다는 점에서 연구결과를 일반화하기에 한계가 있다.
