This study analyzed professional dancers’ attitudes toward creative ballet integrated with AI technology by conducting a survey among dancers employed at the Korean National Ballet Company in Seoul. The participants were 56 professional dancers who had directly or indirectly participated in a creative ballet performance utilizing the AI Living Archive. Their acceptance of AI-based performances—including satisfaction, attitude, and intention to use —was examined in relation to gender, age, ballet career length, and company career length. The results of the study are as follows. First, no statistically significant differences were found in acceptance attitudes according to gender. Second, in the analysis by age, significant differences emerged in certain items, with dancers in their twenties showing more positive responses in terms of satisfaction, attitude, and intention to use compared to those in their thirties. Third, in terms of ballet career length, dancers with less than 15 years of experience reported higher satisfaction and stronger intention to use AI in creative ballet. Fourth, in the analysis by company career length, significant differences were also found in some attitude items, with dancers who had less than 10 years of company experience showing relatively higher acceptance attitudes. In conclusion, the acceptance of AI-integrated creative ballet varies according to dancers’ personal characteristics such as age and career experience. In particular, dancers in their twenties and those with less than 15 years of ballet experience demonstrated a more positive attitude toward AI-based creative approaches. Thus, the findings of this study confirm that differences exist in the acceptance of collaboration between AI technology and creative ballet depending on generation and career background.

본 연구는 AI 기술이 접목된 창작 발레에 대한 전문 무용수들의 수용 태도를 분석 하기 위하여, 서울시에 소재한 국립 발레단에 재직 중인 전문 무용수들을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하였다. 대상자들은 AI 리빙 아카이브를 활용한 창작 발레 공연에 직ㆍ 간접적으로 참여한 56명의 전문무용수들로 AI 기반 공연에 관한 수용 태도(만족도, 태 도, 사용의도)에 대한 성별, 연령, 발레 경력, 발레단 경력에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 수용 태도의 차이는 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 분석에서는 일부 항목에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 특히 20대 집단이 30대 집단보다 만족도, 태도, 사용 의도 측면에서 더 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 셋째, 발레 경력에 따른 차이에서는 15년 미만의 경력 집단이 AI를 활용한 창작 발 레에 대해 더 높은 만족도 및 사용 의도 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 발레단 경력에 따른 분석에서도 태도 영역의 일부 문항에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 10년 미만의 발레단 경력 집단이 상대적으로 더 높은 수용 태도를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, AI 기술이 접목된 창작 발레에 대한 수용 태도는 무용수 의 연령이나 경력 등 개인적 특성에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있으며, 특히 20대이거나 발레경력 15년 미만의 무용수일수록 AI 기술 기반 창작 방식에 대해 보다 긍정적인 수용 태도를 갖고 있음을 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 통해 세대 및 경력에 따 른 AI 기술과 창작 발레의 협업에 대한 수용 태도에 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.
