Objectives This study aims to examine the relationship between importance and satisfaction for users who use the pool. The purpose is to provide useful information that can contribute to the promotion of the use of the pool by analyzing the importance perceived by users who use the pool in the sports center and their satisfaction. Methods This study was conducted on a total of 300 people who used the sports center swimming pool, and a total of 275 copies were analyzed. Frequency analysis was conducted to find out the demographic characteristics of the survey subjects using the SPSS 23.0 program. Second, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to find out the reliability and validity. Third, a corresponding sample t-test was conducted to verify the difference in the importance and satisfaction of campsite customers in the sports center. IPA analysis using importance and satisfaction was conducted. Results The number one item that swimming pool users consider important is the cleanliness of the facility. In the difference verification, significant differences were found in all items except for events and promotional methods. As a result of IPA matrix analysis, it was found that quadrant I maintained continuous satisfaction in terms of program, leader, and facility. In the Ⅱ quadrant, it was found that the level of demand for cleanliness of the facility was high, but the satisfaction was low. The events and promotional methods shown in quadrant III are not current considerations. Conclusions If the parts presented in this study are supplemented and improved, user growth and satisfaction will increase in the future.

본 연구는 충청북도 C지역 대학 스포츠센터 수영장을 이용하는 이용자들이 중요하게 생각하는 속성이 나 만족하고 있는 속성들을 설문지를 통해 살펴보고 두 속성간의 차이와 인식에 대한 IPA매트릭스 분석 을 통해 수영장에서 나타날 수 있는 문제를 찾아 발전 및 개선하고 현재 잘 이루어지고 있는 항목은 지 속적으로 유지하여 수영장 이용 증진에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수영장 이용자 275명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 수영장 이용자들이 중요하다고 생각되는 항목 중 1위는 ‘시설의 청결성’이며, 이는 만족도 부분에 서 14위를 나타내었다. 지도자 측면 부분은 중요도와 만족도가 상위 항목으로 확인되었다. 또한, 수영장 이용자들의 중요도와 만족도 차이검증에서는 이벤트 및 홍보방법을 제외하고 모든 항목에서 유의한 차 이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 IPA매트릭스 분석결과, Ⅰ사분면은 프로그램, 지도자, 시설적인 측면에서 지 속적인 만족도가 유지되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Ⅱ사분면은 시설의 청결성에 대한 요구 수준은 높지만 만족도가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 즉시 개선되어야 할 것이다. Ⅲ사분면에 나타난 이벤트 및 홍보방 법은 현재의 고려사항이 아니지만 향후 관리자는 지속적인 관심으로 정보를 제공하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 부분을 보완 및 개선 한다면 앞으로 스포츠센터 이용자 증가와 만족도는 증가할 것이다.
