This study explored the characteristics of pre-service secondary teachers' creativity and artificial intelligence (AI) competencies, and analyzed how these profiles influence their intention to utilize AI in teaching from a career education perspective, in the era of AI-converged education. To this end, Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) was conducted with 252 pre-service secondary teachers, using five variables related to creativity and AI. The analysis revealed three distinct profiles: 'Competency Potential Holders', 'Competency Development Seekers', and 'Competency Practice Leaders'. Significant differences in AI teaching utilization intention were identified across these types, with 'Competency Practice Leaders' showing the highest intention. These findings suggest the necessity of developing tailored education and support programs to enhance pre-service teachers' AI-integrated career education competencies.

본 연구는 AI 융합교육 시대 예비중등교사의 창의성 및 AI 역량 특성을 탐색하고, 이 유형들이 AI 수업활용의도에 미치는 영향을 진로교육적 관점에서 분석하였다. 예비중등교사 252명을 대상으로 창의적 정체감, 창의적 자기효능감, AI 리터러시, AI 융합교육역량, AI 교수 효능감의 5개 변인을 활용하여 잠재프로파일 분석(LPA)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, '역량 잠재 보유형', '역량개발 지원형', '역량 실천 주도형'의 세 가지 유형이 도출되었다. 각 유형별 AI 수업활용의도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 확인되었으며, 특히 '역량 실천 주도형'이 가장 높은 의도를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 예비교사의 AI 통합 진로교육 역량 강화를 위한 유형별 맞춤형 교육 및 지원 방안 마련의 필요성을 시사한다.
