Until now, the pace of response to the introduction and utilization of AI technology in Korea has remained at a rudimentary level, and most of the studies in academia are limited in the use of practical measures, as they only investigate the current status of AI-based companies. Therefore, this study used a scenario planning methodology that can suggest flexible measures to minimize prediction failures by assuming various changes and possibilities of fluctuations in society. The degree of acceptance of overseas population inflow policies and methods of securing corporate core talents were selected as the main drivers for increasing uncertainty in the growth of companies in Gyeonggi Province due to the introduction and use of AI, and four scenarios that companies in Gyeonggi Province could face were derived, and measures for sustainable corporate growth such as AI innovation and improvement and AI talent retention were suggested.

현재까지 국내 AI 기술 도입·활용에 대한 대응 속도는 초보 수준에 머물러있고, 학계의 연구들도 대부분 AI 기반 기업들의 현황을 파악한 실태조사에 그쳐 실질적인 대책 마련 활용에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회의 여러 변화 및 변동 가능성을 가정하여 예측 실패를 최소화할 수 있고 유연적인 방안을 제시할 수 있는 시나리오플래 닝 방법론을 활용하였다. AI 도입 및 활용에 따른 경기도 기업 성장의 불확실성을 높이는 주요 동인으로 ‘해외인구 유입정책 수용 정도’와 ‘기업 핵심인재 확보 방식’을 선정하여 경기도 기업들이 직면할 수 있는 4가지 시나리오를 도 출하였고, 시나리오 상황별 AI 혁신 및 개선, AI인재 보유 등 지속가능한 기업 성장을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
