The number of isolated youth in our society has increased significantly to about 540,000 due to the COVID-19 situation, and they are experiencing various psychological and social difficulties. However, there has been no exploration of their willingness to be included in the support system. Therefore, this study applied the health and welfare social service utilization model suggested by Andersen to identify factors affecting the willingness of isolated youth in Seoul to participate in support projects. The analysis data is the response data of 486 people who met the criteria for isolated youth among the 2022 Seoul Isolated Youth Survey. The results of the analysis showed that isolated youth were more willing to participate in support projects when their depression and loneliness were lower, their household's subjective economic level was higher, their past isolation experience was higher, and their subjective health was better. Based on these results, this study suggested directions for discovering and supporting isolated youth.

우리 사회의 고립 청년은 코로나-19 사태를 거치며 약 54만 명에 이를 만큼 크게 증가하였으며, 이들은 여러 가지 심리·사회적 어려움을 경험하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그럼에도 고립 청년의 자원체계 편입 의향 혹은 의도에 대한 탐색은 이뤄지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 앤더슨이 제시한 보건·복지 사회서비스에 대한 행동 모형을 적용하여 고립 청년들의 서울시 고립 청년 지원사업 참여 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였다. 분석자료는 2022년 서울시 고립·은둔 청년 실태조사 자료 중 고립 청년 기준에 부합하는 486명(남: 227명, 여: 259명)의 응답 자료이다. 분석 결과, 고립 청년들은 우울과 외로움 이 낮을수록, 가정의 주관적 경제수준이 높고, 과거 고립 경험이 있을수록, 주관적 건강상태가 양호할수 록 지원사업의 참여 의향이 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 고립 청년의 발굴 및 지원 방향에 대해 제언하였다.
