The purpose of this study is to discuss the revitalization plan and content planning direction of ‘Rha Hye Suk St.’ In order to achieve the purpose, this study attempted a comprehensive approach centered on the essential value of the identity of the space, focusing on cultural and artistic performances, music, various contents, and the need for active implementation by local artists and citizens. Securing accessibility to cultural and artistic performances in street space can be said to be a core content that can satisfy citizens and visitors’ cultural consumption needs and individuality. Basically, in order to smoothly reproduce cultural and artistic performances, planning of plaza culture that can guarantee participants’ freedom and sense of liberation and securing a complex cultural space can be mentioned. The identity of ‘Rha Hye Suk St’ can be said to be the freedom, subjectivity, innovative thinking, and sense of liberation of female artists. Therefore, empathy and smooth communication between citizens and visitors can increase the possibility of passage. In conclusion, local governments should regularly plan diverse performance programs, events, and content that reflect the opinions of citizens and visitors, and increase the possibility of activating street spaces through content planning as differentiated tourism products.

본 연구의 목적은 ‘나혜석 거리’의 활성화를 위한 방안과 콘텐츠 기획 방향성에 대한 논의를 수행하는 것이다. 본 연구는 목적을 달성하기 위해서 공간이 갖는 정체성에 대 한 본질적 가치를 중심으로 문화예술 공연, 음악, 다양한 콘텐츠, 그리고 지역의 예술가 들과 시민들의 능동적 실행 필요성에 관한 종합적 접근을 시도하고자 했다. 거리 공간 의 문화예술 접근성 확보는 시민들과 방문객들이 문화소비 욕구와 개성의 실현을 충족 할 수 있는 핵심 콘텐츠라고 할 수 있다. 기본적으로 문화예술 공연의 원활한 재현을 위해서는 참여자의 자유와 해방감을 보장해줄 수 있는 광장문화의 기획과 복합문화 공 간의 확보를 들 수 있다. ‘나혜석 거리’의 정체성은 여성 예술가의 자유, 주체성, 혁신적 사고, 그리고 해방감이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 시민들과 방문객들의 공감과 원활한 상 호 소통은 통행 가능성 향상을 높일 수 있다. 결론적으로 지자체는 정기적으로 시민들 과 방문객들의 의견이 반영된 다채로운 공연 프로그램과 이벤트, 그리고 콘텐츠를 기 획하여 차별적 관광상품으로서의 콘텐츠 기획을 통해서 거리 공간의 활성화 가능성을 높일 수 있어야 한다.
