Through the Russia-Ukraine war, many people agree on the importance of electronic warfare, and the Korean military is also preparing for future electronic warfare by introducing the concept of EMSO and applying various means. In the process of preparing for electronic warfare, various military advanced countries are expanding their application areas in the battlefield of EW UAVs, assuming future battlefield conditions, and many studies on EW UAVs, as well as actual development, electrification, and operation cases, are being confirmed. In principle, domestic research and development should be applied first to weapons systems applied to the Korean military, but considering the urgent period of electrification and operational performance of the field forces, the current overseas EW UAV can be an alternative, and it is necessary to grasp the advantages and disadvantages of overseas EW UAVs in advance and check their performance and level in terms of selecting a reference model for domestic research and development. Therefore, this study analyzes the efficiency and presents the results by applying the DEA method to confirm the operational performance of the current overseas EW UAV and to determine which equipment can be operated efficiently in terms of output compared to input.

러시아-우크라이나 전쟁을 통해서 전자전의 중요성을 많은 사람들이 공감하고 있으며 한국군도 EMSO 개념을 도입하고 다양한 수단을 적용하여 전자전에 대한 준비를 하고 있다. 전자전에 대한 준비과정에서 여러 군 사선진국에서는 미래 전장상황을 가정하여 전자기전UAV를 실제 전장에서 활용영역으로 확장하고 있으며 전자기 전UAV에 대한 많은 연구와 실제 개발, 전력화, 운용사례가 확인되고 있다. 한국군에 적용하는 전자기전UAV 무 기체계에 대해 국내 연구개발이 먼저 적용되는 것이 원칙이나 소요군의 긴급한 전력화 시기 필요성, 작전운용성능 등을 고려할 경우 현재 운용되고 있는 국외 전자기전UAV를 해외 구매하는 것이 대안이 될 수 있고 국내 연구개 발을 위해서 참고모델을 선정하기 측면에서도 국외 전자기전UAV의 장·단점을 미리 파악하고 어떠한 성능과 수준 을 보이는가에 대해 확인할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 운용되고 있는 국외 전자기전UAV의 운용성능 에 대해 확인하고 어떤 국외장비가 투입 대비 산출 측면에서 효율적으로 운용될 수 있는 장비인지 확인하기 위해 자료포락분석(DEA) 방법을 적용하여 효율성을 분석하고 결과값과 한국군의 적용방향을 제시한다.
