This study addresses the concerns and discussions held by professionals in the German media industry regarding AI journalism. Artificial intelligence technologies, including Chat GPT, have brought innovation to the production, distribution, and consumption of news content, and media organizations are actively utilizing them. However, the spread of AI journalism goes beyond simple technological adoption, involving changes in the journalism ecosystem and raising ethical, legal, and economic issues. This research analyzes the impact of AI journalism on news production, distribution, and consumption processes, while also examining the opportunities and challenges it creates. Additionally, the study explores AI guidelines for utilizing AI journalism and discusses the potential for human-AI interaction. These discussions examine the legal and economic considerations regarding AI and data use from the perspectives of media economics and media law, emphasizing the need for technology to be applied in a human-centered manner. In conclusion, the development of AI journalism is inevitable, but for it to be effectively utilized, legal, economic, and structural conditions must be established to ensure that technological advancements serve humanity. This study aims to provide a foundation for the future direction and sustainable development of AI journalism.

본 연구는 독일 언론 분야 종사자들이 AI 저널리즘에 대한 고민과 논의를 다룬다. 챗GPT를 비롯한 인공지능 기술은 뉴스 콘텐츠 생산과 유통, 소비 방식에 혁신을 가져왔으며, 언론사들은 이를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 그러 나 AI 저널리즘의 확산은 단순한 기술적 도입을 넘어, 저널리즘 생태계의 변화와 윤리적, 법적, 경제적 쟁점을 수반 한다. 본 연구는 AI 저널리즘이 뉴스 생산과 분배, 소비 과정에서 미치는 영향과 그로 인한 기회와 위기를 분석하는 한편, AI 저널리즘을 활용하기 위한 AI 가이드라인을 살펴보고, 인간과 인공지능 간의 상호작용 가능성을 논의한다. 이러한 논의는 미디어 정치경제학과 법률적 관점에서 AI와 데이터 활용에 대한 법적·경제적 고려 사항을 검토하며, 기술 발전이 인간 중심적으로 활용될 필요성을 확인한다. 결론적으로, AI 저널리즘의 발전은 필연적이지만, 이를 효 과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 기술적 성과가 인간을 위해 사용될 수 있도록 법률적, 경제적, 구조적 조건이 마련되어 야 한다. 본 연구는 AI 저널리즘의 미래 방향성과 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 한다.
