This study aims to provide a foundational discussion for the development of a Korean writing curriculum tailored to Korean Chinese high school students aspiring to enter universities in Korea. To achieve this, a needs analysis was conducted among students at a Korean Chinese high school in Liaoning Province, China. The analysis revealed that these students face certain difficulties in Korean communication and learning, with writing identified as the most challenging among the four language skills. Based on the findings, this study proposes a Korean writing curriculum tailored to the needs of Korean Chinese high school students preparing for university admission in Korea. The curriculum focuses on improving writing skills and includes objectives, class hours, levels, and educational content. This study emphasizes the importance of specialized Korean curricula for Korean Chinese students, who demonstrate strong listening and reading skills but require targeted support for their unique academic needs and goals.

본 연구는 한국 대학 진학을 목표로 하는 재중동포 고등학생을 위한 한국어 쓰기 교육과정 개발의 기초적 논 의를 목적으로 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 중국 랴오닝성 소재 조선족 고등학교의 재학생을 대상으로 요구 조사를 실시 하였다. 조사 결과, 이들은 한국어 의사소통과 학습에서 일정한 어려움을 겪고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 한국어 기술 영역 중 쓰기 능력이 가장 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 한국 대학 진학을 목표로 하는 재중동포 고 등학생들의 특성과 요구를 반영한 한국어 쓰기 교육과정을 제안하여 쓰기 능력 향상과 교육적 효과 증진을 도모하고 자 하였다. 최종적으로 제안된 쓰기 교육과정은 성격, 목표, 교육 시수 및 등급, 교육 내용 등으로 구성하였다. 본 연 구는 일반 외국인 학습자에 비해 듣기, 읽기 능력이 상대적으로 우수한 재중동포 고등학생들을 위해 특화된 한국어 교육과정을 개발해야 한다는 점을 강조했다는 데 의의가 있을 것이다.
