This study aims to comprehensively understand pre-service teachers' perceptions and readiness for digital transformation. The study conducted a survey of 171 pre-service teachers at A University of Education and compared the results with in-service teachers' perceptions. The analysis revealed that pre-service teachers showed very high willingness to utilize digital technology in future classes. In particular, there was a significant difference in preference for using tools that support interaction with students compared to in-service teachers. Additionally, they showed high overall expectations for educational changes brought by digital transformation, with particularly high expectations for 'supporting individualized-customized learning for students' and 'flexibilization of school members' mindset towards education and learning.' This study is significant in that it provides foundational data for improving the curriculum of universities of education for elementary teacher preparation.

본 연구는 예비교원의 디지털 교육 역량 강화를 위한 선결과제로 예비교사에 대한 이해를 위해 예비교사들의 디지털 전환에 대한 인식과 준비도를 종합적으로 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 A교육대학교 예비교사 171명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 현장교사의 인식과 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 예비교사들 은 미래 수업에서의 디지털 기술 활용 의지가 매우 높게 나타났다. 특히 학생들과의 상호작용을 지원하는 도구 활용에 대한 선호도가 현장교사들과 비교해 큰 차이를 보였다. 또한 디지털 전환이 가져올 교육적 변화에 대해 전반적으로 높은 기대를 보였는데, '학생들의 개별-맞춤형 학습 지원'과 '교육과 학습을 바라보는 학교 구성원의 사고방식 유연화􀁎에 대한 기대가 특히 높았다. 본 연구는 예비교사들의 디지털 교육 역량과 인식을 현장교사들 과 비교하여 분석함으로써, 교원양성기관의 교육과정 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
