As classroom facilities are progressing very rapidly for the digital transformation of education, the growth of teachers' digital capabilities is also necessary. In this study, teacher training programs using edutech were developed and provided to field teachers to strengthen teachers' digital capabilities. This program includes teaching methods using interactive learning tools, physical coding, metaverse, and artificial intelligence, and aims to help teachers fully sympathize with the need and utility of digital transformation. The EduTech teacher training program developed through this study more clearly communicates the need and effectiveness of digital transformation to teachers and helps them learn how to effectively utilize digital devices and technologies in actual classes. Through this, teachers' digital capabilities were improved and students' learning experiences and satisfaction were improved. In addition, the results of this study are expected to be used by educational institutions or educational institutions to develop EduTech teacher competency enhancement programs.

교육의 디지털 전환을 위해 교실의 시설은 아주 빠르게 진행되고 있는 만큼 교사의 디지털 역량의 성장도 필 요하다. 이번 연구에서는 교사의 디진털 역량을 강화 시키기 위해 에듀테크를 활용한 교사 연수 프로그램을 개 발하고, 현장 교사들에게 제공하였다. 이 프로그램은 인터렉티브 학습도구, 피지컬 코딩, 메타버스, 인공지능 등 을 활용한 수업 방법을 포함하고 있으며, 교사들이 디지털 전환의 필요성과 효용에 대해 충분히 공감할 수 있도 록 돕고자 했다. 이번 연구를 통해 개발된 에듀테크 교사 연수 프로그램은 교사들에게 디지털 전환의 필요성과 효과를 보다 명확하게 전달하고, 실제 수업에서 디지털 기기와 기술을 효과적으로 활용하는 방법을 학습할 수 있도록 돕도록 했다. 이를 통해 교사들의 디지털 역량이 향상되고, 학생들의 학습 경험과 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있었다. 또한, 이번 연구 결과는 교육기관이나 교육 담당 기관에서 에듀테크 교원 역량 강화 프로그램을 개발하 는 데에도 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
