[Purpose] This study aims to analyze the impact of golf gentrification on residents' perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral responses. [Method] To this end, a survey was conducted focusing on cases where golf gentrification was reported [Result] Perceived values were found to have a significant effect on residents' satisfaction, and residents' satisfaction was again found to have an important effect on residents' behavior (support and opposition to development). Perceived values were found to have a positive effect on compliance behavior and a negative effect on resistance behavior. In addition, the higher the satisfaction of the residents, the more supportive the development, while the lower the satisfaction, the more likely the opposite behavior. [Conclusion] This study aims to provide practical implications for policymakers by analyzing the impact of golf course development on local communities in various ways and contribute to finding sustainable development plans in the future.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프 젠트리피케이션이 지역 주민들의 지각된 가치, 만족, 그리고 주민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석 하고자 하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프 젠트리피케이션이 보고된 사례를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 지 각된 가치는 주민 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주민 만족은 다시 주민행동(개발지지 및 반대)에 중요한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 지각된 가치는 순응행동에 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 저항행동에 부적영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주민 만족이 높을수록 개발을 지지하는 행동을 보이는 반면, 만족도가 낮을수록 반대 행동을 보이는 경향이 확인되었다. [결론] 본 연구는 골프장 개발이 지역사회에 미치는 영향을 다각적으로 분석함으 로써 정책 결정자들에게 실질적인 시사점을 제공하고, 향후 지속가능한 개발 방안을 모색하는 데 기여하고자 한다.
